Over-dried seed will die. Seedlings may exhibit red leaves all season, red leaves going to green or all green leaves entire season. The usual % of red leaved seedlings is 50 %. Non desired seedlings may be removed from the seedbed after visual inspection. Red leaves may not fully show when grown in plastic or fiberglass greenhouses. Do not over-dry seed. |
