Comments: One year , when it was cold early then it warmed up again (in Indiana) the berries had dropped from the bushes. When a collector went to pick them from the ground he noticed the seed was germinating inside the fruit and roots had emerged from the berries. Flowers are yellowish-white. Plants grow in dry and wet areas.
Germination info: Seed requires 90-120 days cold moist stratification.
